Items must be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork (for example diamond certificates). Include a copy of your order confirmation email in the package. All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. Returned items must be insured during delivery (for example returned using Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’) to safeguard against loss. Shannakian Fine Jewellery will pay for any return shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or faulty. We will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. If you meet the conditions of our refund policy, your refund will be processed the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.

We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order. For Credit Card payments, your refund will be credited into the same account your payment originated from.
