I wasn’t home when my delivery came. What do I do now?

If you’re not home when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

Returns Policy

What if I receive my order and I’ve changed my mind and no longer want the product?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

What if my item is faulty?

What if the item I received is not the one I ordered?

Can I return Sale/Clearance items?

Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law).

How do I return my purchase?

Contact our Customer Service team on 1300 309 659 or email hello@shannakianfinejewellery.com.au. Please supply your order number, contact details and the reason for your return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork (for example diamond certificates). Include a copy of your order confirmation email in the package. All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. Returned items must be insured during delivery (for example returned using Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’) to safeguard against loss. Shannakian Fine Jewellery will pay for any return shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or faulty. We will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. If you meet the conditions of our refund policy, your refund will be processed the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.

Can I return my item to a Shannakian Fine Jewellery’s showroom?

Certainly. Please call us on 1300 309 659 before you visit us to make an appointment. Please ensure that you take a printed copy of your shipping or order confirmation email with you to confirm your purchase details.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You may return new items purchased from Shannakian Fine Jewellery online within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our refund policy.

When will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item at our showroom in Melbourne. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.

How will I be refunded?

We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order. For Credit Card payments, your refund will be credited into the same account your payment originated from.
